GENERAL CONDITIONS AND DEFINITIONS
In order to use POKLET APP you must agree to General Terms and Conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions will form part of the legal agreement between you
(parent/guardian) and us POKLET UAB, WALLETTO UAB. There is no legal agreement between
POKLET UAB, WALLETTO UAB and any children you allow to use POKLET APP and Services.
By registering as a user of POKLET APP you agree to be legally bound by General Terms and
Conditions. By connecting your child’s account, as a parent or guardian, you allow and consent to
your child’s use of the POKLET APP and POKLET Services, WALLETTO IBAN account and WALLETTO
Prepaid Card, as children may use POKLET APP only under parent/guardian permission. A child’s
account which is not connected to an account belonging to its parent or guardian within 90 days
will be deleted.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU OR ANY CHILD UNDER YOUR PARENTAL
RESPONSIBILITY MAY NOT USE POKLET SERVICES.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the POKLET APP, WALLETTO IBAN
account and WALLETTO Prepaid Card. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
You can ask WALLETO UAB or POKLET UAB at any time for a copy of these General Terms and
Conditions, our current rates of Fees and the current Usage Restrictions by contacting us using one
of the Contact Methods. You can also obtain a statement of recent Transactions made by you using
your WALLETTO Prepaid Card via UAB POKLET.
The WALLETTO Prepaid Card is issued by UAB Walletto, electronic money institution authorised
and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania as an Electronic Money Institution in Lithuania and a
member of Visa Europe Limited. WALLETTO issues the e-money on your WALLETTO Card.
The payment initiation services are provided by AB Neo Finance, electronic money institution and
payment initiation institution authorised and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania.
"UAB POKLET” means UAB Poklet (company number) 305534915, a company incorporated under
the laws of the Republic of Lithuania with its registered office address at Švitrigailos str. 11K-109,
LT-03228 Vilnius.
"POKLET APP" means the software application for mobile devices “Poklet” owned and operated by
UAB Poklet where you can access your UAB POKLET Wallet information.
“POKLET Services" means services provided by UAB Poklet – i.e. digital online tool (POKLET APP)
intended to be used by children and parents/guardians to collaboratively manage pocket money in
a safe and educational environment. POKLET Services consist of a version free of charge (Free
version of POKLET Services) and a version available upon payment of a subscription fee (Premium
version of POKLET Services). Additional terms apply for the Premium version of POKLET Services.
"Contact Methods" means the methods by which you may contact UAB POKLET:

"WALLETTO" means UAB Walletto (Company number 304686884) a company registered in
Lithuania with its registered office at A. Goštauto str. 8-107, Vilnius, Lithuania and which is licensed
and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania as an Electronic Money Institution in Lithuania;
ATM” means an automated teller machine or cash dispenser bearing the VISA acceptance mark;
ATM Transaction” means a transaction carried out at an ATM to withdraw cash;
"Balance" means the electronic money loaded in your WALLETTO IBAN account using the topping
up method set out in clause 4 of these General Terms and Conditions;
"Business Day" means any day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks in Lithuania are
open for normal banking business;
"WALLETTO Card" means either of the WALLETTO Prepaid Card or the WALLETTO Virtual Card and
"WALLETTO Cards" shall be construed accordingly;
"WALLETTO Prepaid Card" means the VISA card issued by WALLETTO Limited in your name and
which is linked to your WALLETTO IBAN account. The WALLETTO Prepaid Card is an electronic
money product regulated by the Bank of Lithuania – it is a prepaid card and not a credit or debit
card and it can be used by you to carry out Transactions. For more details about your WALLETTO
Prepaid Card including how you can use it, please refer to clause 4 below;
"WALLETTO Virtual Card" means the VISA virtual card generated by you via POKLET APP and linked
to your UAB POKLET Wallet to enable you to carry out E-Commerce Transactions;
"WALLETTO IBAN account" means the prepaid account operated by WALLETTO and which is linked
to your WALLETTO Card in order to fund Transactions;
“E-Commerce Transaction” means a transaction initiated by you to purchase goods or services
over the internet and which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes any such transactions initiated
through a mobile device.
"Fees" means the fees which UAB POKLET and WALLETTO may charge you from time to time for
operating and you using your POKLET APP, WALLETTO IBAN account and WALLETTO Cards as set
out in clause 17 of these General Terms and Conditions. These may include:
ongoing monthly fees;
in certain circumstances, fees for redeeming your Balance ("Redemption Fee");
fees for using your WALLETTO Card to execute Transactions; and/or
fees for replacing a lost or stolen WALLETTO Card.
WALLETTO may also charge you reasonable fees for undertaking investigations where you request
that a Transaction is refunded and where the circumstances outlined in clause 11.3 of these
General Terms and Conditions.
The amount of Fees can change over time and the applicable Fees at any time can be found via
POKLET APP.
"VISA" means Visa Europe Ltd.;
"PIN" means the unique personal 4-digit identification number which is associated with your
WALLETTO Prepaid Card and which can be used to authorise POS Transactions;
"POS Transaction" means a transaction initiated by you to purchase goods or services at a point of
sale;

"POKLET Privacy Policy" means UAB POKLET privacy policy which describes the basis upon which
any personal data is collected from you, or that you provide to POKLET UAB, will be processed,
handled and shared by POKLET UAB, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with its
terms. A copy of POKLET Privacy Policy can be found at POKLET APP;
"WALLETTO Privacy Policy" means WALLETTO's privacy policy which, together with these General
Terms and Conditions, describes the basis upon which any personal data is collected from you, or
that you provide to WALLETTO, will be processed, handled and shared by WALLETTO, as may be
amended from time to time in accordance with its terms and as further explained and defined in
clause 19 of these General Terms and Conditions. A copy of WALLETTO Privacy Policy can be found
at www.walletto.eu;
"Redemption Request" means a request from you to redeem your Balance in accordance with
clause 13 of these General Terms and Conditions;
"General Terms and Conditions" means these General Terms and Conditions;
Transaction” means any transaction which can be executed using your WALLETTO IBAN account
and WALLETTO Cards including a POS Transaction, an E-Commerce Transaction and/or an ATM
Transaction;
"Usage Restrictions" means the usage restrictions applicable to your WALLETTO IBAN account and
WALLETTO Cards from time to time. The Usage Restrictions applying at any time can be found via
POKLET APP.
"User", "you" or "your" means the person who is identified as having applied for the POKLET
Services, WALLETTO IBAN account and WALLETTO Cards through the registration at POKLET APP
with your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number.
I. PARENTS’/GUARDIANS’ AND CHILDREN’S USE OF THE SERVICE
1.1. In order to use POKLET APP and Services you must be at least 18 years old and legally
capable of entering into binding contracts.
1.2. If you are under 18 years old, you must have your parent’s or guardian's consent to use
POKLET APP and Services. Consent, according to these General Terms and Conditions is:
invitation sent from a parent’s or guardian's POKLET APP account to register to POKLET APP
or permission to use the POKLET APP and Services by accepting child’s invitation and
pressing “consent” button”.
1.3. Children (persons younger than 18 years old) may start using all the functions of the
POKLET APP only:
(a) after receiving an invitation to register from a parent or guardian (i.e. you download the
POKLET AP and send an invitation for a child to join the POKLET APP); or
(b) after receiving parents or guardian’s permission to use the POKLET APP and Services (i.e. if
the child first downloads the POKLET APP, then he must send an invitation to parent or
guardian and only after receiving parent’s or guardian’s permission, he will be able to start
using the POKLET APP).
1.4. As the parent or guardian of a child to whom you give permission to use POKLET APP and
Services, you:
(a) authorize and agree that this child will use POKLET APP and Services;
(b) should ensure that your child is aware of how to use POKLET APP and Services;

(c) will be responsible for child's use of POKLET APP and Services, including all taxes, expenses
incurred and purchases made (you are responsible for everything child does using POKLET
APP and Services) as if you had done it yourself);
(d) give us informed consent to the collection, use and sharing of your and your child personal
data in accordance with the terms of POKLET Privacy Policy, which may be found at POKLET
APP;
(e) agree to acquaint the child with these General Terms and Conditions, POKLET Privacy Policy
and WALLETTO Privacy Policy;
(f) should frequently monitor how your child is using POKLET APP and Services.
1.5. Only one of parents/legal guardians may sign up to the POKLET APP as primary supporter
and connect accounts of the children under their parental responsibility.
II. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Using POKLET APP and Services, you are responsible for:
(a) using POKLET APP and Services in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions.
(b) explaining to your child how to use your POKLET APP, Services and WALLETO card in line
with these General Terms and Conditions
(c) submitting true, accurate, current and complete information which is needed in order to
receive POKLET services and for making sure that the information is kept up to date and
you have a right to share this information with UAB POKLET.
(d) keeping your password secure and confidential at all times and restricting access to the
device you are using to access POKLET APP and Services to prevent unauthorised access to
your POKLET account as you are responsible for all use of POKLET Services that occurs
under your username.
(e) notifying UAB POKLET (suing Contact methods) immediately if you have any reason to
believe that there has been an unauthorized access to your POKLET account (for example,
device you are using to access POKLET APP and Services is stolen) or you have any reason
to believe that your username, password, phone-number or any other related information
have become known to anyone else.;
(f) any other requirements listed in these General Terms and Conditions.
2.2 You are responsible that your child follows all responsibilities set out in these General
Terms and conditions as well.
2.3 Using POKLET APP and Services, you may not:
(a) use POKLET APP and Services for any commercial purposes or for any other purposes not
related to the purpose of the POKLET Services (i.e to be used by children and
parents/guardians to collaboratively manage pocket money in a safe and educational
environment).
(b) copy (except as expressly permitted by these General Terms and Conditions), decompile,
reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, modify, or create
derivative works of POKELT Services, any updates, or any part thereof. Scraping of any
information contained in POKLET APP and Services is strictly prohibited.
(c) Use POKLET APP and Services in any way, which is illegal, harmful or may be considered
offensive by UAB POKLET, WALLETTO, other Users or third parties.

2.4 If you break any of these General Terms and Conditions, or if liabilities are incurred as a
result of your use of POKELT APP or Services, you will be responsible for the costs and
expenses, including legal fees, that UAB POKLET incur as a result. This will include any costs
that result if someone else uses your personal information, or your POKLET account, unless
you can prove that it has been used fraudulently.
III. APPLYING FOR WALLETTO CARDS
3.1 To apply for a WALLETTO IBAN account and WALLETTO Cards, you must be of full legal age
in your country of permanent residence and hold a valid national photo ID issued in that
country.
3.2 As part of this process, you have to:
(a) provide personal details (including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email
address and mobile phone number) so that WALLETTO UAB may verify your identity; and
(b) read and accept these General Terms and Conditions and Walletto Privacy Policy.
(c) To carry a valid identity document (passport or ID card).
3.3 Where WALLETTO is not able to verify your identity in accordance with clause 3.2. above,
you may be asked to provide further supporting documentation including scanned copies
or photos of identification documentation (either your passport or ID card) and proof of
your residential address until WALLETTO is able to verify your identity successfully. If
WALLETTO is unable to verify your identity based on the documentation you have provided,
in certain circumstances you may be asked to provide certified copies of the supporting
documentation to help verify your identity.
3.4 If you have not completed any of the steps set out in clause 3.2. and 3.3. above, you cannot
complete the WALLETTO IBAN account and WALLETTO Prepaid Card application process.
IV. TOPPING UP YOUR WALLETTO IBAN ACCOUNT
4.1 Subject to the satisfactory completion of any required identity and other checks, you can
top up your WALLETTO IBAN account as described in this clause 4 of these General Terms
and Conditions with funds to be used for Transactions.
4.2 The Balance on your WALLETTO IBAN account must never exceed any limits specified in the
Usage Restrictions.
4.3 You may top up your WALLETTO IBAN account by making SEPA transfer to your WALLETTO
IBAN account. You may also top up your WALLETTO IBAN account by addressing such
request to POKLET UAB. Funds topped up in this way will be credited to your WALLETTO
IBAN account without delay after the receipt of valid funding instructions by WALLETTO.
4.4 WALLETTO reserves the right to refuse to accept any particular top up transaction or to
disable any particular topping up method without notice in the interests of preventing
fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity.
V. YOUR WALLETTO CARDS
Your WALLETTO Prepaid Card
5.1 Your WALLETTO Prepaid Card will be sent to your address as provided to WALLETTO by you
in accordance with clause 3.2. above.
5.2 Delivery of your WALLETTO Prepaid Card should occur within 5-10 Business Days of your
successful application for a WALLETTO Prepaid Card. If you do not receive your WALLETTO

Prepaid Card within 10 Business Days, you must contact POKLET UAB immediately using
one of the Contact Methods.
5.3 When you receive your WALLETTO Prepaid Card, you must sign the reverse immediately. To
activate your WALLETTO Prepaid Card, you will be asked to provide certain details including
your full name and date of birth. Once your WALLETTO Prepaid Card is activated, you can
carry out Transactions using your WALLETTO Prepaid Card in accordance with clause 6.
Your WALLETTO Virtual Card
5.4 Your WALLETTO Virtual Card will be automatically generated in POKLET APP. You will be
able to open and request your WALLETTO Virtual Card by following the instructions in the
relevant section of POKLET APP.
5.5 Your WALLETTO Virtual Card will include all of the details you would expect to see on a
plastic card, including the card number, expiry date and CVV number (i.e. the 3-digit code
on the reverse of the card).
5.6 Your WALLETTO Virtual Card will be stored in the password-protected section of POKLET
APP and you will need to enter your password each time you would like to view it.
VI. USING YOUR WALLETTO PREPAID CARD
6.1 Once your WALLETTO Prepaid Card is activated and subject to these General Terms and
Conditions as well as Usage Restrictions in each case, you can use:
(a) your WALLETTO Prepaid Card to carry out POS Transactions and E-Commerce
(b) Transactions or to execute an ATM Transaction; and
(c) your WALLETTO Virtual Card to carry out E-Commerce Transactions, provided VISA
payments are accepted in each case.
6.2 WALLETTO cannot guarantee that a particular retailer, ATM or online merchant will accept
your WALLETTO Card - you must check with the relevant retailer, online merchant or check
the ATM signage before attempting to make a Transaction.
6.3 You should make sure there are sufficient funds available in your WALLETTO IBAN account
to cover the amount of a Transaction and any applicable Fees – you will only be able to
carry out Transactions using your WALLETTO Card to the extent of your Balance. Any
Transaction you make using your WALLETTO Card will be deducted from the funds held in
your WALLETTO IBAN account.
6.4 The Fees and Usage Restrictions applying to your WALLETTO IBAN account and your
WALLETTO Cards are set out in clause 17.
VII. AUTHORISING TRANSACTIONS
7.1 You will be asked to authorise each Transaction at the time it is initiated by you through the
WALLETTO Prepaid Card or WALLETTO Virtual Card as applicable. A Transaction will be
regarded as authorised by you where you:
(a) authorise a POS Transaction by following the instructions provided by the merchant or
retailer to authorise the POS Transaction which might include: (i) entering your PIN; (ii)
signing a sales voucher; (iii) inserting your WALLETTO Prepaid Card into a card reading
device for the purpose of making a payment; (iv) swiping your WALLETTO Prepaid Card
through a card reader;

(b) authorise an E-Commerce Transaction by following the instructions provided by the
merchant or retailer to authorise the E-Commerce Transaction and by providing the
WALLETTO Prepaid Card or WALLETTO Virtual Card details and/or any other details as
requested; or
(c) authorise an ATM Transaction by inserting your WALLETTO Prepaid Card and entering your
PIN to request a cash withdrawal.
7.2 Subject to clause 7.3 below, you can withdraw or revoke your authorization for a
Transaction at any time until the authorization is received by WALLETTO, using one of the
Contact Methods. Authorization for a Transaction may not be withdrawn or revoked by you
once it is received by WALLETTO although in the case of a POS Transaction, the merchant
may give you a refund.
7.3 Your authorisation for a POS Transaction, an E-Commerce Transaction or for an ATM
Transaction will be received by WALLETTO at the time WALLETTO receive the POS
Transaction or E-Commerce Transaction instruction from the merchant acquirer or at the
time WALLETTO receive the ATM Transaction instruction from the ATM acquirer,
respectively. All of these authorisations will be received by WALLETTO almost
instantaneously and it is unlikely that you will be able to withdraw your authorisation for a
Transaction before this time.
VIII. BLOCKING YOUR WALLETTO IBAN ACCOUNT AND YOUR WALLETTO CARD AND REFUSING
TRANSACTIONS MADE WITH YOUR WALLETTO CARD
8.1 WALLETTO may at any time suspend, restrict or cancel your WALLETTO IBAN account
and/or your WALLETTO Cards, or suspend or restrict access to POKLET APP or refuse to
issue or replace the WALLETTO Cards for reasons relating to the following:
(a) WALLETTO is concerned about the security of the WALLETTO IBAN account and/or of the
WALLETTO Cards that WALLETTO has issued to you;
(b) WALLETTO suspect your WALLETTO IBAN account and/or WALLETTO Cards are being used
in an unauthorised, illegal or fraudulent manner;
(c) WALLETTO need to do so to comply with the law of any jurisdiction;
(d) you tell WALLETTO that your WALLETTO Prepaid Card is lost or stolen as further detailed in
clause 9; or
(e) if the contract has been cancelled as further detailed in clause 9.
8.2 Unless informing you would compromise reasonable security measures or otherwise be
unlawful, where practicable WALLETTO will inform you by phone or email, giving reasons,
before suspending, restricting or cancelling your WALLETTO IBAN account and/or your
WALLETTO Cards or suspending or restricting access to POKLET APP or refusing to issue or
replace the WALLETTO Cards. If it is not practicable to inform you in advance and unless
doing so would compromise reasonable security measures or otherwise be unlawful,
WALLETTO will inform you immediately afterwards, giving reasons.
8.3 WALLETTO will unblock your WALLETTO IBAN account and/or your WALLETTO Cards and
allow you to regain access to POKLET APP as soon as practicable after the reasons for
stopping its use cease to exist and will inform you by phone or email when WALLETTO has
unblocked your WALLETTO IBAN account and/or your WALLETTO Cards and allowed you to
regain access to POKLET APP.

8.4 WALLETTO may refuse to carry out a Transaction:
(a) if WALLETTO believes that you are acting in breach of these General Terms and Conditions;
(b) if WALLETTO believes that a Transaction is potentially suspicious or illegal;
(c) if the value of the Transaction you are attempting to make plus any applicable Fees is in
excess of your Balance; or
(d) if WALLETTO are unable to carry out the Transaction due to errors, failures (whether
mechanical or otherwise) or refusals caused by merchants, ATM operators, payment
processors, card networks or payment schemes who are processing Transactions.
8.5 If WALLETTO refuse to carry out a Transaction, unless informing you would compromise
reasonable security measures or be otherwise unlawful, WALLETTO will inform you at the
earliest opportunity and in any event by the end of the Business Day following the day
WALLETTO has received the Transaction request. Normally WALLETTO will inform you with
an error message on the merchant's or ATM operators’ terminal or website and if
applicable, a receipt showing that the Transaction has not been successful, although in
some instances WALLETTO may inform you by phone or e-mail. You can contact POKLET
UAB using any of the Contact Methods to ask for the reasons for refusing to carry out that
Transaction and for an explanation of how you can correct any information WALLETTO hold
that led to refusal to approve a Transaction.
8.6 You may correct any information WALLETTO hold and which may have caused to refuse a
Transaction by contacting WALLETTO via any Contact Method.
IX. CANCELLING YOUR CONTRACT
9.1 The contract is set out in these General Terms and Conditions will continue until cancelled
in accordance with this clause 9. Your WALLETTO Card will be valid for the period ending on
the last calendar day of month indicated on your WALLETTO Card, at which point you are
expected to contact POKLET UAB and specifically request the renewal WALLETTO Card.
9.2 You have the right to cancel the contract with POKLET UAB and WALLETTO UAB, which is
set out in these General Terms and Conditions, at any time with 30 days prior notice by
using one of the Contact Methods or by requesting the same via POKLET APP.
9.3 WALLETTO may cancel the contract with you, with immediate effect, by giving written
notice if you break an important part of these General Terms and Conditions, including:
(a) if you repeatedly break these General Terms and Conditions and fail to resolve the matter
to satisfaction in a timely manner;
(b) if you act in a manner that is threatening or abusive to WALLETTO staff or anyone acting on
behalf;
(c) if you fail to pay when due any Fees or charges that you have incurred; or
(d) in the event of your death or incapacity.
9.4 WALLETTO may cancel the contract with you for any reason by giving you at least 2 months'
written notice.
9.5 WALLETTO may also cancel the contract with you with immediate effect and/ or suspend
your WALLETTO IBAN account (including access to it via POKLET APP) if WALLETTO believes
your WALLETTO IBAN account and/or WALLETTO Cards are deliberately being used by you

or anyone else to commit fraud or for other illegal purposes. If WALLETTO does this,
WALLETO will tell you by phone or e-mail only to the extent to which WALLETTO is
permitted to do so by law and you must stop using your WALLETTO IBAN account (or
attempting to access it via POKLET APP) and your WALLETTO Cards immediately.
9.6 If WALLETTO or you cancel the contract, then as soon as WALLETTO is permitted to do so
(and normally within 5 Business Days after you contacted WALLETTO where you cancel this
contract) WALLETTO will return any Balance remaining on your WALLETTO IBAN account
(after the deduction of all pending Transactions and applicable Fees) to you. Please note
that in order to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including
anti-money laundering and terrorist financing requirements, WALLETTO may need:
(a) to verify your identity; and
(b) to return that Balance to the same bank account which has previously been used to top up
your WALLETTO IBAN account.
9.7 Once the contract has been cancelled, you will not be entitled to a refund of money you
have already spent on Transactions authorised or pending, or any Fees for the use of your
WALLETTO IBAN account or WALLETTO Cards incurred before the contract was cancelled.
9.8 UAB POKLET reserve the right to terminate the agreement with you and suspend or
terminate your use of and access to POKLET APP and Services if:
(a) You breach General Terms and Conditions;
(b) You fail to make a payment to UAB POKLET that is due;
(c) You provide any personal information which is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete;
(d) UAB POKLET suspect you have been or are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity when
using POKLET APP and Services;
(e) Your POKLET Account is inactive for a consecutive period of 365 days or more;
(f) You engage in any conduct which UAB POKLET believes, in its sole discretion, to be harmful
to its business or to other POKLET APP users.
9.9 Upon termination of your agreement with UAB POKLET, you must stop using POKLET APP
and Services.
9.10 If a termination is due to your breach of these General Terms and Conditions, you will not
be refunded any fees paid, if any.
9.11 UAB POKLET may also cancel the contract with you with immediate effect and/ or suspend
your access to POKLET APP and WALLETTO IBAN account if UAB POKLET believes your
POKLET APP, WALLETTO IBAN account and/or WALLETTO Cards are deliberately being used
by you or anyone else to commit fraud or for other illegal purposes. If UAB POKLET does
this, UAB POKLET will tell you by phone or e-mail only to the extent to which UAB POKLET is
permitted to do so by law and you must stop using your POKLET APP, WALLETTO IBAN
account and your WALLETTO Cards immediately.
9.12 If UAB POKLET, WALLETTO or you cancel the contract, then as soon as UAB POKLET and
WALLETTO are permitted to do so (and normally within 5 Business Days after you contacted
us where you cancel this contract), WALLETTO will return any balance remaining on your
WALLETTO IBAN account (after the deduction of all pending Transactions and applicable
Fees) to you. Please note that in order to comply with applicable legal and regulatory

requirements, including anti-money laundering and terrorist financing requirements, UAB
POKLET and WALLETTO may need:
(a) to verify your identity; and
(b) to return that Balance to the same bank account which has previously been used to top up
your WALLETTO IBAN account.
9.13 Once the contract between you, UAB POKLET and WALLETTO has been cancelled, you will
not be entitled to a refund of money you have already spent on Transactions authorised or
pending, or any Fees for the use of your WALLETTO IBAN account or WALLETTO Cards
incurred before the contract between you, UAB POKLET and WALLETTO was cancelled.
9.14 UAB POKLET also has the right to terminate the agreement with you without giving any
reason thereto. Upon such termination by UAB POKLET without cause, you will receive back
all funds held on your POKLET APP and WALLETO cards.
X. KEEPING YOUR WALLETO PREPAID CARD SECURE
10.1 It is important that you take all reasonable care and precautions to keep your WALLETTO
IBAN account details and your WALLETTO Cards and details safe and you must not allow
your WALLETTO Cards to be used by anyone else. You must also keep your PIN safe and you
must not disclose it or allow it to be used by anyone else.
10.2 If your WALLETTO Prepaid Card is lost or stolen, or if you suspect that someone else knows
your PIN, please follow the instructions set out in clause 11 below. If someone else uses
either of your WALLETTO Cards without your consent and you have not informed
WALLETTO in accordance with your obligations in clause 11, you may lose funds held in
your WALLETTO IBAN account in the same way as if you lost cash in your wallet or purse.
10.3 You must keep your PIN secret at all times. You should never disclose this security
information to anyone. If you suspect that someone else knows your PIN, you should tell
POKLET UAB as soon as possible using one of the Contact Methods so that POKLET UAB can
give you information on how to change these details.
10.4 WALLETTO has the right to disable your WALLETTO Prepaid Card, at any time, if in our
reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these General
Terms and Conditions.
10.5 WALLETTO recommends that you check your Transaction history through POKLET APP on a
regular basis to identify any potential unauthorised use of your WALLETTO Cards and to
check for Transactions which you do not recognise. WALLETTO will provide you with a
statement of Transactions through POKLET APP on a monthly basis and you shall keep that
statement for your records for at least 18 months. Your statement will show:
(a) information relating to each Transaction which will enable it to be identified;
(b) the amount of each Transaction shown in the currency in which that Transaction was paid
or debited to your WALLETTO Card;
(c) the amount of Fees for each Transaction (where applicable);
(d) the exchange rate (where applicable) which applied to each Transaction; and
(e) for each Transaction, the date on which your authorisation was received by us as described
in clause 7.3. of these General Terms and Conditions.

XI. REPORTING SECURITY BREACHES AND UNAUTHORISED OR INCORRECTLY EXECUTED
TRANSACTIONS
11.1 If you know or suspect that:
(a) your WALLETTO Card has been lost, stolen or misappropriated, or
(b) your PIN or any other security information is misappropriated or known or used by
someone who is not authorised to use it, you must tell POKLET UAB immediately by calling
on the Service Hotline.
11.2 If you think a Transaction that was not authorised by you has been processed or that a
Transaction has been incorrectly executed, you must contact POKLET UAB immediately via
Service Hotline. WALLETTO may ask you, either directly or via POKLET APP, to complete a
declaration form and return it to us promptly.
11.3 WALLETTO may investigate your claim that a Transaction has not been authorised by you
and, where permitted by law, we may charge a fee for doing so.
XII. REFUNDING TRANSACTIONS
12.1 Provided that you notified WALLETTO in accordance with clause 11.2. above of an
unauthorised or incorrectly executed Transaction without delay and at the very latest
within 13 months of the debit date of that Transaction you may be entitled to a refund of
that Transaction.
12.2 If the unauthorised Transaction arose from the loss, theft or misappropriation of your
WALLETTO Prepaid Card details or of your WALLETTO Virtual Card details or of your user
name and password applying to your access to POKLET APP or of your PIN or any other
security information, we will refund the amount involved, except the first 50 EUR, for which
you may be liable.
12.3 If the unauthorised Transaction arose from you acting fraudulently or where, with intent or
gross negligence, you failed to use your WALLETTO Cards in accordance with these General
Terms and Conditions (including the obligations to keep safe your WALLETTO Prepaid Card
and
12.4 WALLETTO Virtual Card details, your user name and password applying to your access to
POKLET APP, your PIN and any other security information), we will not make any refund and
you will be liable for the full amount of all losses incurred.
12.5 Where any refund is due to you, WALLETTO shall make it immediately or, if that is not
possible, as soon as practicable following receipt of your claim or of any further information
we may request in order to investigate your right to a refund. However, if, following
investigation, WALLETTO has reasonable grounds to believe that a refund was not in fact
due to you for any reason, or that WALLETTO has made too large a refund, WALLETTO may
reverse that previous refund and you may be liable for any loss WALLETTO suffers from
your use of your WALLETTO Cards.
XIII. REDEEMING FUNDS IN YOUR WALLETTO IBAN ACCOUNT
13.1 You have a general right to redeem funds held in your WALLETTO IBAN account at any
time in whole or in part. To do so, please use POKLET APP to request a redemption and
indicate the amount to be redeemed. The requested sum is returned to the same bank
account which has previously been used to top up your WALLETTO IBAN account.

13.2 In order to process your Redemption Request, WALLETTO may ask you to provide with
documents, evidence and other information to verify your identity to enable WALLETTO to
comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
13.3 Walletto may also charge a Redemption Fee if one of the following circumstances applies:
a) you are requesting redemption before termination or expiry of these General Terms and
Conditions;
b) you cancel these Terms and Conditions before any agreed termination or expiry date; or
c) you request redemption more than one year after the date of termination or expiry of
these Terms and Conditions.
The amount of this Redemption Fee may change over time. The current Fee rates are set
out in clause 17 of these General Terms and Conditions.
13.4 WALLETTO may redeem the funds in your WALLETTO IBAN account, at discretion, by
arranging a refund to the same bank account which has previously been used to top up
your WALLETTO IBAN account.
XIV. OUR LIABILITY
13.1 WALLETTO will not be liable to you for any loss arising from:
a) any unauthorised Transaction where you acted fraudulently or where, with intent or gross
negligence, you failed to use your WALLETTO IBAN account and WALLETTO Cards in
accordance with these General Terms and Conditions (including the obligations to keep
safe the WALLETTO Prepaid Card, your WALLETTO Virtual Card details, your username and
password applying to your access to POKLET APP and/or your PIN or any other security
information);
b) any abnormal or unforeseeable circumstances outside of WALLETTO control, where
WALLETTO could not have avoided those consequences even though WALLETTO made all
efforts to do so;
c) any merchant or ATM refusing to accept your WALLETTO Cards; or
d) WALLETTO compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
13.2 WALLETTO will also not be liable for:
a) business interruption; or
b) loss of revenue, reputation, goodwill, opportunity or anticipated savings; or
c) any loss or damage whatsoever which does not stem directly from our breach of these
Terms and Conditions.
13.3 WALLETTO will use reasonable efforts to make your WALLETTO IBAN account and
WALLETTO Cards available to you, but we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage
arising if it is not available to use at any time, or if access is interrupted.
13.4 Other than the losses set out in the paragraphs above (for which we are not liable) and
subject to the paragraphs below, our maximum aggregate liability under or in connection
with these General Terms and Conditions whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or
otherwise, shall in all circumstances be limited to a sum equal to 50 EUR in any 12-month
period.

13.5 WALLETTO does not warrant or promise that the WALLETTO IBAN account and/or
WALLETTO Cards will meet your requirements and you shall use the WALLETTO IBAN
account and WALLETTO Cards at your own risk.
13.6 UAB POKLET make no warranty that that POKLET Services will meet your requirements or
your access to POKLET APP will be delivered uninterrupted or error-free. Furthermore,
despite of the fact that steps have been taken to ensure that POKLET APP is free from
viruses, UAB POKLET make no warranty that POKLET APP (or website www.poklet.lt) will be
free from viruses or other harmful properties. It is your responsibility to put in place
satisfactory safeguards and procedures to make sure that any material you obtain through
POKLET APP (or website www.poklet.lt) is free from contaminations or other harmful
properties.
13.7 UAB POKLET will use reasonable efforts to make POKLET APP, your WALLETTO IBAN account
and WALLETTO Cards available to you, but UAB POKLET will not be liable to you for any loss
or damage arising if it is not available to use at any time, or if access is interrupted.
13.8 UAB POKLET will not be liable to you for any loss arising from:
(a) any unauthorised Transaction where you acted fraudulently or where, with intent or gross
negligence, you failed to use your POKLET APP, WALLETTO IBAN account and WALLETTO
Cards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
(b) any abnormal or unforeseeable circumstances outside of UAB POKLET control, where UAB
POKLET could not have avoided those consequences even though UAB POKLET made all
efforts to do so;
(c) any merchant or ATM refusing to accept your WALLETTO Cards;
(d) UAB POKLET compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
14.9 Under no circumstances UAB POKLET will be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or
other kind of loss or injury resulting from your use, or downloading of any content from the
POKLET APP.
14.10 UAB POKLET is not responsible or liable for the validity and correctness of the content
provided through and in connection with use of POKLET APP and Services. Any use of the
information obtained through the use of POKLET Services shall be done at your own risk.
14.11 UAB POKLET has taken measures in order to prevent internet fraud and to ensure that
any data collected from you is kept safe and secure. However, in the event of a breach in
UAB POKLET secure computer servers, UAB POKLET cannot be held liable.
14.12 UAB POKLET is not responsible for delays or loss due to circumstances that POKLET UAB
have no control over and which significantly impedes the fulfilment of the obligation in
question or that causes the fulfilment of the obligation not being economically justifiable.
XV. OWNERSHIP AND PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
15.1 In order to effectively provide services under these General Terms and Conditions
information will be jointly exchanged between POKLET UAB and WALLETTO UAB to the
extent necessary to perform obligations under these General Terms and Conditions.
15.2 By entering this contract you acknowledge having been in contractual relations with
POKLET UAB and WALLETTO UAB and you explicitly authorise to share such information as
stipulated in clause 19.

15.3 The processing of personal data is discussed in the POKLET Privacy Policy, which can be
found at POKLET APP. The processing of personal data is discussed in the WALLETTO Privacy
Policy. A copy of WALLETTO Privacy Policy can be found at www.walletto.eu.
XVI. CHANGES TO THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
16.1 WALLETTO reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. WALLETTO
will take into account your interests affected by the intended changes and will only make
changes that WALLETTO considers to be reasonable. Changes to exchange rates will take
effect immediately where they move in your favour or where they result from a change to
the reference rate of VISA from time to time. For all other changes, WALLETTO will give you
at least two months' prior written notice via e-mail or via POKLET APP of any intended
change to the General Terms and Conditions and WALLETTO will provide you with the new
version of the General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the proposed change
you must contact WALLETTO via one of the Contact Methods before that change takes
effect, otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the change to the Terms and
Conditions.
16.2 UAB POKLET reserve the right at any time with or without a separate notice:
(a) modify or withdraw POKLET Services (or any part of them) without notice to you and will
not be liable to you for any such modification or withdrawal;
(b) change the General Terms and Conditions by posting new versions of the General Terms
and Conditions and your continued use of POKLET Services (or any part of them) following
such change will be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
16.3 UAB POKLET will take into account your interests affected by the intended changes and will
only make changes that UAB POKLET consider to be reasonable.
16.4 Unless another date is given, new versions of General Terms and Conditions become
effective 2 months after their publication on POKLET APP or www.poklet.lt.
16.5 You will always find the latest version of General Terms and Conditions on POKLET APP or
www.poklet.lt.
16.6 In case of substantial changes, you will be notified thereof via POKLET APP message or via
notice on www.poklet.lt and will have a right to terminate POKLET Services prior to their
entry into effect.
16.7 If you do not agree with the proposed change you must tell UAB POKLET via one of the
Contact Methods before that change takes effect, otherwise you will be deemed to have
accepted the change to the General Terms and Conditions.
XVII. FEES AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS
17.1 The Fee rates and Usage Restrictions applying from time to time can be found at POKLET
APP.
17.2 By accepting these General Terms and Conditions and by applying for your POKLET APP,
WALLETTO IBAN account and WALLETTO Cards, you agree to pay the applicable Fees
relating to your use of the POKLET APP, WALLETTO IBAN account and WALLETTO Cards.

XVIII.YOUR DETAILS
You confirm that any information you provide with is true, accurate and up-to-date. You confirm
that you will let know immediately by contacting via POKLET UAB using one of the Contact
Methods if you change your personal details. If WALLETTO contact you in relation to your POKLET
Wallet WALLETTO will use the most recent contact details you have provided.
XIX. DATA PROTECTION AND HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
19.1 WALLETTO UAB is a data controller of the personal data that you provide to WALLETTO UAB
(including, without limitation, an email address or other username and a password).
WALLETTO UAB will process your personal data in accordance with these General Terms
and Conditions and WALLETTO UAB privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"). Please read the
Privacy Policy carefully as it provides information about how WALLETTO use, share, store
and process your personal information. By using your WALLETTO Cards you acknowledge
that WALLETTO will use your personal information in this way.
19.2 POKLET UAB also has a separate privacy policy which applies to your relationship with
POKLET UAB in addition to WALLETTO Privacy Policy. You will be asked to accept WALLETTO
privacy policy when you become its client. Please ensure you read POKLET UAB privacy
policy carefully.
19.3 If WALLETTO UAB suspect that it has been given false or inaccurate information, WALLETTO
UAB may record suspicion together with any other relevant information.
19.4 You must not give WALLETTO personal information about someone else (such as alternative
named contacts) without first getting his or her consent for it to be used or securing
another legal basis for transferring it to WALLETTO in accordance with applicable data
protection legislation and disclosed for such use in accordance with these General Terms
and Conditions and WALLETTO Privacy Policy.
XX. ASSIGNMENT
WALLETTO UAB may assign rights and obligations under these General Terms and Conditions to
another company (including to an affiliate of WALLETTO) at any time, on giving you 2 months' prior
written notice of this. If we do this, your rights under these General Terms and Conditions will not

be affected. UAB POKLET may assign and transfer the rights and duties under these General Terms
and Conditions to any third party without notifying you, unless this affects your rights under these
General Terms and Conditions.
XXI. COMPLAINTS
21.1 If you have a complaint about your WALLETTO IBAN account and/or your WALLETTO Cards
you can contact WALLETTO directly by emailing cards@walletto.eu or calling
+37060148437 and we will aim to deal quickly and fairly with any complaints you have
about your WALLETTO IBAN account and WALLETTO Cards and in any event, within 8 weeks
of receiving your complaint. WALLETTO will keep you informed of any progress or steps
taken with regard to the resolution of your complaint.
21.2 If WALLETTO do not resolve your complaint about your WALLETTO services, you may be
able to refer it to the Lithuanian authority’s – Bank of Lithuania.
21.3 You may also be able to refer your complaint about your WALLETTO Plastic Card to the
European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at www.ec.europa.eu/odr. The
platform is a web-based platform which is designed to help consumers who have bought
goods, services or digital content online. It provides access to independent alternative
dispute resolution services which are usually free for you to use.
21.4 If you have a complaint about POKLET APP you can contact UAB POKLET using Contact
Methods and UAB POKLET will aim to deal quickly and fairly with any complaints you have
within 4 weeks of receiving your complaint. POKLET UAB will keep you informed of any
progress or steps taken with regard to the resolution of your complaint.
XXII. DISPUTES WITH MERCHANTS
If you have any disputes about purchases made using your WALLETTO Cards, you should settle
these with the person from whom you bought the goods or services. WALLETTO UAB is not
responsible for the quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of any goods or services purchased
using your WALLETTO Cards. Remember that once you have used your WALLETTO Card to make a
purchase or to withdraw cash WALLETTO cannot stop that Transaction.
XXIII.SEVERANCE
If any court or competent authority finds that any provision in these General Terms and Conditions
(or any part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision (or part) shall, to
the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other
provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
XXIV. GOVERNING LAW AND LANGUAGE
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Lithuanian law and are subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Lithuanian Courts. These General Terms and Conditions are in English
and all communications with you will be in English and/or in Lithuanian. The English language
version of these General Terms and Conditions shall be controlling in all respects and shall prevail
in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions, if any.
XXV. POKLET APP OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
25.1 All intellectual property rights (including without limitation trademarks, trade names,
database rights and patents) are owned by UAB POKLET and its licensors.

25.2 You are granted a license with only a limited right to use POKLET Service subject to these
General Terms and Conditions. The license does not allow you to use UAB POKLET name,
trademarks or other commercial symbols.
XXVI.TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE ONLY IF YOU USE PREMIUM VERSION OF POKLET
SERVICES
26.1 Premium version of POKLET Services allows parents and children to transfer, hold and
spend real money within the boundaries of POKLET APP and WALLETTO Card. Premium
services which are available only to users of premium version of POKLET APP are the
following: WALLETTO card, additional educational content for children and parents, P2P
payments.
Free services which are available to users of free version of POKLET APP are the following:
pocket money management tool, savings account, investment account, tasks management,
limited access to educational content for children and parents. Users of free version are not
provided with WALLETTO card.
26.2 Premium version of POKLET Services is provided upon a charge of a subscription fee and is
complemented by WALLETTO prepaid card solution.
26.3 The use of Premium version of POKLET Services is subject to payment of a subscription fee
to UAB POKLET. UAB POKLET offers 3-month, 6-month and annual subscription options.
You are responsible for paying your subscription fee.
26.4 If the subscription expires and is not renewed, then the WALLETO Card is permanently
blocked. If you want to start using Premium version of POKLET Services again, then you will
have to order a new WALLETTO Card.
26.5 In the event that you decide to terminate your subscription for Premium version of POKLET
Services, we will assist you in contacts with WALLETTO regarding potential refunding of
funds still held on your virtual account or on a child’s savings account or onto the prepaid
card connected to your parent virtual account.
26.6 UAB POKLET is not responsible for the safety, legality, quality or any other aspect of goods
and services that may be purchased with the WALLETTO card.
26.7 Premium version monthly subscription fee and loading fee is paid from your account at
POKLET APP.
26.8 Our current Fees, are set out at POKLET APP.
26.9 UAB POKLET reserves the right to change Fees and pricing models from time to time. This
will be displayed on POKLET APP and you will also receive specific information on any
changes to the fees for Premium version of POKLET Services.
26.10 Upon your cancellation of your subscription, your card and accounts at WALLETTO will be
closed down. No paid subscriptions will be repaid.
